By using StackingRight you agree that it is an informational decision-support tool, not a medical device or a source of medical advice. You are responsible for confirming any change to your regimen with a qualified professional. Free tools are provided as-is; paid tiers renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time.
Acceptance
Using StackingRight means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
The service is informational
StackingRight provides nutritional and pharmacological information organised for your stack. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it does not create a clinician-patient relationship.
You are responsible for confirming any change to your supplements or medications with a physician, pharmacist or other qualified professional. You agree not to rely on StackingRight as the sole basis for a health decision.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information — the quality of the output depends entirely on the accuracy of what you enter. One account per person.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the service. Do not scrape the rule database or the library content programmatically for republication. Do not resell the service or present its output as your own clinical service without attribution.
You may quote the reference content with attribution and a link, which is encouraged. The `llms.txt` file at the root of the site documents how to cite it cleanly.
Subscriptions and billing
Free tools remain free. Paid tiers — Plus and Pro — are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your data; you drop to the free tier rather than losing your account.
If a paid feature materially changes or is discontinued, existing subscribers are notified in advance and any prepaid period is honoured or refunded proportionally.
Intellectual property
The StackingRight name, interface, rule database, scoring methodology and written content belong to StackingRight. Your stack data, logs and symptom records belong to you, and you can export or delete them at any time.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackingRight is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including health outcomes or decisions made on the basis of its output.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
